Participants are responsible financially for their own travel arrangements and hotel rooms. Workshop proceedings, participation, all the meals during the workshop will be covered by the Workshop Registration fee.

Registration deadline for paper publication:
Each paper must be registered by the Regular Rate by at least one author by January 22, 2007 in order to be included in the proceedings.

Post-Workshop Tour:
A Post-Workshop Tour to the most famous scenary in the region: JiuZhaiGou (9-County-Valley) and HuangLong Valley (Yellow Dragon) will be organized during Apr 12 afternoon to Apr 14.

Current plan for the trip is as follows:
- flying to 9-County-Valley in the late afternoon/evening of Apr. 12.
- Apr. 13 full day at 9-County-Valley
- Apr. 14 half day at Yellow Dragon
- Flight back to Chengdu Apr. 14 in the afternoon or early evening

The fee is estimated to be around US$370 covering all the costs (including airfare, meals, all local travels, and hotel). Please do NOT include your tour fee in the registration; it will be charged separately after the exact amount is confirmed. However, please DO indicate your interest in this trip on the registration form to help our trip planning.
